I dealt with restoration world when I lived in Michigan great place to get your gm parts well priced quarter panels etc lined up well no fabrication needed very pleased

*LONG but worth the read If I could give zero stars I would. Chris is unprofessional, rude, horrible business person. We made an order years ago, paid for the item, paid for shipping. After we received our item they called & said we owed them $2+ for additional shipping charges-claiming the other cost was an estimate. We gave them our credit card number & they then charged us an additional $10+. I told my husband we didn’t need to do business with a place like that anymore. A few weeks ago, against our better judgement we reached back out. A part we needed was out of stock so we asked if that could be drop shipped to us & he wanted to charge us to ship our original order & the part they didn’t have. We asked if they could waive it & he got an attitude. We explained what happened a few years back & in other words he called us liars. Said he’s over internet sales & he would’ve known. Asked us to pull up our bank records to prove it. He was rude & disrespectful. We said we’ll take our business elsewhere. We tried shopping around & things didn’t work out. So we went ahead & placed the order on 12/17 through Restoration World. I had received the confirmation email. After waiting 3 weeks

It is absolutely remarkable that this place is still family owned! The prices are lower than most and the knowledge is priceless. Just regular good dudes trying to make a living without big rich corporations profiting from us. Big shout out to Eric for your knowledge and patience!
